Love thy neighbor?

What if your neighbor is your enemy? What if she is pure evil? What if she beats animals, treats her children like dirt, has no respect for you, has no cl, puts trash in front of your house, spits on your car, wipes dog poo on your car, parties and plays music all night long, yells profanity to you while you are just minding your own business, does drugs, and deals drugs? I'm just wondering; would you love your neighbor then? Tell the truth.
